Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Shrimp

1/8 cup Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam
20 Shrimp
10 Thin Sliced Bacon
2-3 Jalapeno Peppers
*You can skip the fresh jalapeno chili peppers for a less spicy experience.
  • Start by soaking toothpicks in water.
  • Cook thin sliced bacon half way though in oven at 400 degrees then remove from oven and place on paper towel to cool.
  • Cut jalapenos into rings.
  • Slide the ring onto shrimp then wrap with partial cooked bacon.
  • Secure bacon with a water-soaked toothpick.
  • Brush on a thin coat of Maureens Gourmet Pepper Jam.
  • Finish cooking on the grill over medium heat.
  • Brush with another coat of Maureens Pepper Jam before serving.
