- Start by soaking toothpicks in water.
- Cook thin sliced bacon half way though in oven at 400 degrees then remove from oven and place on paper towel to cool.
- Cut jalapenos into rings.
- Slide the ring onto shrimp then wrap with partial cooked bacon.
- Secure bacon with a water-soaked toothpick.
- Brush on a thin coat of Maureens Gourmet Pepper Jam.
- Finish cooking on the grill over medium heat.
- Brush with another coat of Maureens Pepper Jam before serving.
