- Cut in 3 or 4 slices almost all the way though the sausage.
- Carefully pour Maureens Gourmet Pepper Jam all over the sausage; make sure it is spread in between each slice.
- Cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- You can cook it longer if you like the edges of your sausage crispy.
