When you place an order with us, you can be sure we will ship your selection with the utmost care. We carefully package the goods you have chosen so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
Large orders and orders shipped out of the United States are processed by phone. Please call us at 951-219-4369 for these types of orders.
We process your order within 24 hours of receipt based on in stock availability. You will receive your package usually within 2-7 days based on your location. Backorders will be shipped as soon as the product is available. We will notify you by e-mail if there will be a delay in your shipment.
In order to process your order correctly, we must have a complete address. Shipments to wrong or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver in a timely manor. If a package is returned to us or delivery is refused, we cannot be responsible. A re-shipment charge will be added to the original order should any of these problems occur. Shipping & handling apply to each order.
Delivery is made by the United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery in 2-7 business days. A mail box receptacle at the location is required by the Post Office.
Special Instructions: Special instructions and or a gift card can be placed in the gift card section on the order page.

Our Gurantee is that our product is everything that we have stated. We are confident that you, your friends, and family will be completely satisfied with our product. Unfortunately food is not returnable. However, if the jam is damaged during shipping, we will refund you for the damaged portion of the order.
