While on vacation in the Caribbean on the Island of Aruba we were introduced to Maureens Gourmet Pepper Jam by Maureen herself.
This product was an immediate hit with my family and friends. Our favorite use of Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam is as a topping on crackers with cream cheese. We also use it as a relish on hamburgers.
I highly recommend Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam to all my family and friends and I recommend it to you. Maureen’s makes meal or snack-time magic.

During our travels in the USA we picked up a few jars of Maureen’s Pepper Jam, as highly recommended by a US friend of ours how was using it for quite some time. I can’t do without it anymore in the kitchen.
We took it to The Netherlands and started to use it on very old Dutch cheese (Old Amsterdam) and blue cheese. Maureen’s Pepper Jam is a true wonder as it comes to taste enhancement. It never dominates, however it enriches the taste of the stuff you put in on. The peppers give it a nice spicy touch and it is never too sweet. The combination of the ingredients make it a true kitchen aid. We also put it inside salad dressings and we can’t wait to start to using it in the classical Dutch meal called hutspot, made of mashed potatoes, carrots and onions. A winter dish in The Netherlands.
We also have blushed pieces of pork with Maureen’s Pepper Jam. It gave the meat an extra bite, especially when cooked on the BBQ!

A year ago, I traveled to New York to attend my nieces wedding shower. While having some appetizers, I noticed these crackers that had some jam on them. Because I was not much of a jam person, I was not going to try them until the server mentioned that everyone is going crazy over this jam. I was shocked on how much I LOVED the taste of the jam. In fact, after a while, people at all the tables were talking about how delicious this pepper jam was. I located the jar, wrote down the phone number, and have been ordering ever since. I use it for every occasion and it never fails that someone always asks me if they could have one of my jars. This is hands down....the best jam out on the market.
It is really good on sandwiches, too!

I was lucky enough to get my first jar of Maureens wonderful pepper jelly while on the beach (believe it or not). I immediately went up to my room poured myself a glass of wine got out the Ritz, the cream cheese and my new jar of jelly. I could not eat enough of that Pepper Jelly, then I had to share it with my husband, I could not hide it from him anymore. It has to be shared with everyone. Everyone should put on their bucket lists.

I’ve been enjoying Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam for nearly eight years. I was hooked on it the first time I tried it over a Triscuit cracker smothered in cream cheese. The blend of spicy peppers and smooth sweetness produces a taste that demands another bite, and another. Our family has also enjoyed Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam in a variety of ways, such as a jam-basted baked ham. It adds a new flavor dimension to food, offering a variety of new choices for your palate. You definitely won’t be disappointed (or bored).

I have been wanting to let you know of all the rave reviews I get every time I serve your Pepper Jam. I entertain a lot, and if I do not serve the Jam in one recipe or another my friends complain. One of my signature dishes that everyone wants the recipe for, calls for marinating pork tenderloins in your Pepper Jam with olive oil, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes and then grilling them 20 minutes on each side on the barbeque. I then slice the meat into 1/4" to 1/2" medallions, arrange them on a platter and heat your Jam and drizzle down the middle. I am sure you will want to try this.

I want to take a moment and let you know how much I enjoyed your product, Maureen’s Gourmet Pepper Jam. It was given to me at a friend’s, and I opened it up for a aste test. Yum! We nearly ate the whole jar right there with crackers and cream cheese. I love how you can see and taste the textures of the different peppers and the slow heat afterword is addicting. It’s much better than the usual you get at the market. I did manage to bring what was left home and think I’ll try it as a glaze for pork or chicken. I’ll definitely will be ordering more, it would make a great hostess gift for the holidays. Thanks!
